In 2022-2023, the Carlson School community took important steps forward in all areas outlined in our strategic plan. Among the highlights: launching a new undergraduate curriculum that addresses the needs of employers today and prepares leaders of tomorrow; the hiring of the first-ever senior diversity officer and establishing a Center for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in Business; and deepening our engagement with corporate and individual partners through experiential learning (domestic and abroad), co-curricular activities, and more. With renewed promises to stakeholders and detailed goals across five areas, the plan — announced in 2020-21 — will position the school to create a brighter future.
